Requirements
We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Mechanical Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize our high-speed manufacturing machinery. This role is critical to ensuring mechanical reliability and supporting uninterrupted production.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on high-speed packaging and printing machinery.
Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and calibrations.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Collaborate with engineers and production teams to identify and resolve electrical issues.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
Qualifications and Skills:
Certificate or diploma in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Electrical Trade.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of PLCs, sensors, motor controls, and industrial automation systems.
Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to breakdowns.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or on-call as required.
